There are several plugins that can generate list of recent comments for you, pick one that fits your need in the wiki, under the “wp plugin” page.

As for the archive and category lists, the tags should be something like list_arch and list_cat respectively, which you can easily find out in the index.php ^_^

感謝路人甲提供了線索，在官方的support中，是有找到Template Tags的介紹
不過看不明白應該是哪個Tags在設定這個
倒是在http://mtdewvirus.com/wp-hacks/ 瞧見了這一隻hack
不知您是否指的是這一隻程式呢??

Did you check support forum and the wiki yet?
The former of your request could be done with hacks/plugins while the later is simply a template tag with extra options.
