I don’t feel like reading English weblogs because of the following reasons:
1. I will feel tired and uncomfortable if I read texts on computer for a long period of time.
2. Reading English slows my speed of comprehension.
Therefore, unless I know that some weblog written in English is about a topic that really interests me, I will not have the patience to read it.

I hope this might explain why some Taiwanese readers who can read and write blogs in English but have not done so.
